The SB series hydraulic safety (emergency) brakes are high-power braking devices used on low-speed shafts (drum shafts). They can be widely applied to the emergency safety braking of the low-speed shafts in the hoisting and boom luffing mechanisms of medium and large-sized cranes, port loading and unloading machinery. They are also used for the working braking and emergency safety braking of mine hoists, elevators and high-power inclined belt conveyors, the safety braking of the driving mechanisms of cable cars and cable cranes, and the safety (emergency) braking of the low-speed shafts of the hoisting mechanisms of special cranes such as foundry cranes.
