G Series Geared Motor

The geared motors are suitable for the operationsites in the ambient temperatures from -10'C to 40°Cand altitudes up to 1000m above sea lever.They can be used both for clockwise running andanticlockwise running.

1、Selection Table( Constant Power ):
Motor Power P [kW]: Power is indicated on the basis
of GB/T 4772.1 motor.
Output Speed na [r/min]: Output speed is calculatedon the basis of motor's fully loading speed andgeared motor's ratio. Unit: revolutions per minute.
Output Torque M,[N.m]: Torque available at outputshaft while motor being fully loaded. All internalefficiency factors have already considered.
Ratio i : Exact final total transmission ratio input to
output.
Permissible Radial Load Fx, [kN]: Allowable radialload at the midpoint of the shaft head length of astandard solid output shaft, or at the end of a
standard hollow shaft.
Service Factor fs: The ratio of rated power of geaunit to rated power of motor power, It is an importantparameter to select the reducer model.
Type Size of Unit Including type and size. Individuaunit and combined units are available.Combination isconsidered commonly under the constant poweicondition. Each type (and even some other types notmentioned in the tables)can be assembled olcombined to any ratio mentioned in the tables.For the detailed construction dimension,see therelevant dimensional tables.
Pole Number of Motor: The pole number of GB/T4772.1 motor.
2、Selection Table(Constant Torque):Constant torque selection table is suitable for theconditions where the constant torque systemisapplied appropriately.
If the Max. torque listed in this table is used whencalculating,service factor is 1.0 .The meanings ofother terms are similar to ones described in SelectionTable(Constant Power).
