The single arm manual slewing davit is used for lifting the life raft and special equipment.This device has two kinds of type.When the ship heels20 °or 10 °trim for meeting the needs of arranging the starboard and port,the device can work normally.
 
The device complies with the “1974SOLAS 83-2006 amendment”MSC.47(66) &MSC.216 (82) and the registration of the ship on the requirements of the classification society.
